I come from a non spiritual family but have always had an overwhelming curiosity and fascination with all things spiritual from a young age. My mother bought me my first tarot cards when I was 15 in a set for Christmas, and learned all I could, at which time I started attending a spiritualist church with 2 friends. I started phsychic development classes in 2011, and learned more and more about divination, and spiritual connections. Throughout my life, I have found myself experiencing more upset than happiness at the hands of others and I often found myself being ridiculed for my interest in spirituality. I began to ignore my abilities, but when I hit hard times, it wasn't long before I realised a way of dealing with what I believed to be unfair and unjustified was to reignite my passion for my beliefs. I found that these beliefs were the reason that I got through the darkest times, having met some inspiring people on my journey I had the push to put myself back on my true path and begin my own work. I am now a fully qualified Reiki Practitioner and achieved a certificate in Psychic Development and Mediumship. I like working with my own psychic abilities, guides and intuition and can use angel cards and pendulum for further clarification where needed. I regularly attend open circles and reiki shares as well as regular meditation. I still believe I am just beginning my journey, despite years of practice, and I would love to share my gift to help others just as I have needed help myself in the past. I now want to give something back.
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
I like providing compassion, hope and clarity to my clients in order to get to the heart of the situatuon, being an empath I find I live every emotion with the client throughout the reading and strive to make people feel at ease, comfortable and most importantly, uplifted by the end of the reading.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
I am a typical Virgo, earthly, nurturing, sensitive and kind. Also, at times a little too critical but more so of myself than others in the strive for perfection. I am happy more to give than receive and although this does not always seem fair, it is the nature of who i am.
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
When I would give my friends and family tarot card readings, I would be blown away by how much I knew and could feel a flow of information coming through me but was not always sure of where it came from and how I would just "know" things. I built on this "knowing" and now I try to channel the information from my guides and intuition to offer peace and guidance to others.
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
During a development group meeting, I linked in to a gentleman who had passed and I could see so vividly his last memories, how he looked, dressed, position he was laid, and where he was just before he passed away. I even knew his name, but this did not resonate as familiar with anyone at the time, I did feel somewhat deflated as the gentleman was so prevelant in my mind. When I talked about my experience to a friend, she confirmed in great detail that what I saw described perfectly what had happened to her father in law some years before and I even had the correct name. I was thrilled that this information found where it was intended and it left me realising that spirit work in mysterious ways but they are always there to guide us in the right way.
