I remember as a child my favourite cartoon being X-Men; it wasnt only the fact that they had supernatural talents that resonated but because they were seen as outcasts. Being a mutant implied something different from the norm, a break away from what was deemed socially acceptable, an anomaly to spark change. I was no different from any other child in the sense that I had a need based on a lack of which envitablely led me to find what was my special talent. I came to realise that like a catapillier into a butterfly, my life's set up and experiences were the catalyst for awakening such a gift. So I accepted the fact that I grew poor, in a single parent household, had some daddy issues, was highly sensitive and impulsive with powerful emotions, was highly aware of my maculine and feminine energy, had a creative mind and a dislike for authority. The stage was set you could say for a painfull drama with each scene providing the experience to refine ones own gift, which I must say was still totally unknown or primal. Through lifes many battles and personal wars, I came to realise that my sensitivity/femininity was the perfect gift of empathy endowing me with the ability to feel the vibrations of others, and as a man was the perfect counter part for manfesting my will. My dislike for authority was symbolic of an energy which is likened to the freeness of a untamed horse on one side and the next represents the freedom to be you, which lead me to the self empowering of spiritual development, learning ones trueself. Sensitivity was understood as the power of empathy which became the bridge to my Intuition.
What do you like most about giving readings to clients?
What I like most is being able to help others clear the mist, order their chaos and bring clarity to the confussion that our life's sometimes stirs up as we push forward on our life's journey.
How would you say you are typical of your star sign?
As a Pisces, I am definitely sensitive and creative, love music and love to dance. If it dont feel right then it aint right for me. One of my fishes is a whale that is elusive and loves those deep dark depths, whilst the other is a shark, misunderstood. I have an old yet still curious soul, have my dizzy days where I think I have arms that are more flexible then Mr fantastic.I've learnt that emotions can be used as power, like fuel in an engine instead of being mere impulsive reactions to feelings. I do have many faces and wear them accordingly to the situation but am an advocate for individuality and uniqueness. I live by the motto, "unity in diversity".
When do you remember being first aware of your gift?
As an Intuitive empath I can't honestly say when was the first time. From when I was young I was highly sensitive and emotioanlly reactive which I later came to understand was due to fact that my sensitivity and Intuition was over stimulated and misunderstood which set the stage for learning and development. But I feel a major pinnacle came from a heartbreak a few yaers back which broke the doors of sensitivity fully into the realm of the metaphysical, not as means of escape but as a means of finding peace through comprehension. At this point the sensitivity become one with Intuition and as they say "let the games begin..."
What is your most memorable experience with a client?
One of the most powerful readings was when a client needed clarity on a relationship that had run its course due to a partners infidelity but the reading started to channel the clients own subconscious fears and insecurities and sadly issues of a lack of self worth which was later reflected in their chosen partner. But instead of blaming, denying or minimalising this truth the client thanked me for providing the missing key with great sensitivity and delicately, with slight tears of joy for they were able to break a cycle of dimming their own light and beauty by understanding, protecting and nurturing this light.
What other experiences or qualifications do you have that you feel compliment your work as a reader?
I have studied different spiritual belief systems with a general interest in the Kemetic spiritual teachings or spiritual cultivation system and the Tree Of Life (Paut Neteru, Kabballah) and have enjoyed invested years of study into exoteric and esoteric astrology, divination and numerology and ancient cultures. In the last 7 years I have had the privilege to work with the socially disadvantaged through mentoring, voluntary work, paid employment and creative projects, enriching my understanding of social issues and different cultures.
What is the most important thing for a person to consider when they decide to have a psychic reading?
As a reader I feel its my job to pick up on the energies in play in a persons life which are currently affecting that individual and for me to convey this to the individual. Its important to remember that as a reader im also reading your unconscious. These two aspects will form the basis of any reading regardless of the question. Its important for me that my client is relaxed and feels they can be open, never feel pressured to have a reading. All information shared will remain private, between me as a reader and my client. Its also good to remember that divination is a tool, which is a aid as opposed to being a quick fix, life is about growth which is most felt when we are in stresdful situations, with that being the case I will use my gift to help clear the way, but the power will always remain in the clients hands.
